If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

Ordering Process

Orders can be placed through our website. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and other payment gateways as indicated on our website. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched.

We process orders within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving full payment. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to high demand. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

It is your responsibility to ensure your details are entered correctly at the time of placing the order including the shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If the wrong address is entered and the parcel is delivered, we cannot resend the parcel. If the parcel is returned back to us we can resend the parcel to the customer if they are happy to pay for the cost of redelivery.

Order Cancellations

Customer Cancellations You have the right to cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. To cancel your order, please contact a member of our team at www.harringtoncandles.com as soon as possible with your order details. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return Policy for information on how to return your items.
Seller Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion for reasons including but not limited to:
- The product is no longer available.
- There was an error in the pricing or product description.
- We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
- You do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in our Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a seller-initiated cancellation, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund for the cancelled order.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's policies.

Shipping and Delivery

Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked Delivery. (Unless otherwise stated)

Delivery is within 2-4 business days following the order being processed (excluding Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked Delivery which is within 1-2 days of the order being processed).

Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping partners and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by natural occurrences or carrier delays.

Currently we are not able to combine orders so each will be posted separately.

At this time only offer shipping to mainland Great Britain.
